Privacy Policy
The short version: your conversion inputs are processed in your browser, and this page explains the rest plainly.
What we collect
UnitGlide has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment fields, so there is no profile for us to build. Every conversion is calculated by JavaScript running locally in your browser; the values you type into a converter are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Cookies and advertising
UnitGlide may show ads served by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense or a comparable partner. Those networks can set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to serve ads, measure how they perform, and limit how many times you see the same one. This is separate from the conversion tool itself, whose inputs stay local as described above.
Consent for EEA and UK visitors
If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you will be asked for consent before any personalized ad is shown, through a consent tool built to Google's certified requirements. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, and non-personalized ads (or no ads) will load if you decline.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we know what to improve. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Hosting
The site is served as static pages by Vercel, our hosting provider. Like almost any web host, Vercel may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) for security and delivery purposes. You can read more in Vercel's own privacy documentation.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings when Google-served ads appear on the site. Blocking cookies will not stop the converters from working, since the math itself never depends on them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, for example when advertising or analytics is switched on, the new version will be published on this page first.
